While we strive to provide the best products and services, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an item. Here are the terms related to obtaining a refund:
Shipping Costs
Please note that Orphek offers free shipping with Door-to-Door worldwide Air Express Delivery; therefore, shipping costs or fees are non-refundable.
Changing or Canceling Your Order Before Shipping
- Once your order is processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for shipping.
If you have made a mistake or wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@orphek.com - Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled and refunded.
Changing or Canceling Your Order After Shipping
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Missing or Stolen Products
If your package is reported missing or stolen after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, and the carrier provides proof of delivery, Orphek cannot be held responsible for the loss. In such cases, we regret to inform you that we will not issue a refund.

ORPHEK OPERATES A NO RETURN POLICY!
We have a no-return policy because returning online purchases can have a significant negative impact on the environment and we are committed to protect Nature’s Biodiversity for generations to come.
Due to the cost of our free Door-to-Door worldwide Air Express Delivery, Orphek operates a No Return Policy. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
