REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Orphek! We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your new purchase. By ordering from the Orphek online shop, you agree to our Policies and Terms. While we strive to provide the best products and services, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an item. Here are the terms related to obtaining a refund:

Shipping Costs

Please note that Orphek offers free shipping with Door-to-Door worldwide Air Express Delivery; therefore, shipping costs or fees are non-refundable.

Changing or Canceling Your Order Before Shipping

  1. Once your order is processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for shipping.
    If you have made a mistake or wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@orphek.com
  2. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled and refunded.

Changing or Canceling Your Order After Shipping

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Missing or Stolen Products

If your package is reported missing or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, and proof of delivery has been provided by the carrier (such as a delivery confirmation or signature proof), Orphek cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the package. Once the carrier confirms successful delivery, the responsibility shifts to the customer.

We strongly recommend that someone be present at the delivery address during the expected delivery time to prevent theft or loss. In cases where the package is left in a secure location or with a third party at your address, it is considered your responsibility to ensure its safety.

Please check with your local delivery carrier or courier service for additional details about their proof of delivery process.

Important:

If you believe your package is missing or stolen, you should contact the carrier directly to report the issue and seek resolution.
Orphek will not investigate or intervene in cases where proof of delivery has been provided, and we will not issue refunds or replacements for packages reported as missing or stolen after delivery confirmation.
We advise you to consider options such as requesting a signature confirmation or delivery to a secure location to avoid such issues.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed according to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please be aware it may take some time for the process to be completed. If there is a delay, contact us at contact@orphek.com

Returns

ORPHEK OPERATES A NO RETURN POLICY!

We have a no-return policy because returning online purchases can contribute to unnecessary waste, including packaging and transportation emissions, which have a negative impact on the environment. Shipping items back and forth increases carbon emissions, consumes energy, and generates waste that can harm ecosystems.

At Orphek, we are committed to protecting Nature’s Biodiversity and reducing our ecological footprint for current and future generations. By avoiding returns, we help minimize environmental harm and promote sustainability.

Due to the operational costs associated with our complimentary Door-to-Door worldwide Air Express Delivery service, Orphek maintains a strict No Return Policy. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
