MACNA 2013 orphek
Although we have been extremely busy since we have arrived from Miami we would like to take a moment to thank many people for making this a great MACNA edition for us. This year MACNA celebrated its 25th anniversary and it was really outstanding in many aspects.
A special thanks goes to all volunteers who really worked hard this time due to increased number of vendors and visitors.
We would like to express our gratitude to Tony Vargas and all the organizers of this event, your efforts were greatly appreciated by all of us. Needless to say, the warmth and joy to have Ed Steinman coming every day to our booth to say hello was a bright spot.
Chingchai…where to start? We want to express our appreciation for stopping by and taking your time to share your knowledge, experience and friendship with us. A sincere and special thanks for the generous and beautiful gifts you brought to us! Yes folks, we got not one, but two special gifts from Chingchai who carried a huge box all the way to Miami.
Thank you Dana Riddle also for coming to our both to share your expertise and we are mostly thankful for your insights on corals and look forward to supporting and working with you. It was a pleasure to spend time with you discussing coral health and light.
Jake Adams from Reefbuilders and Brandon Klaus from Aquanerd thank you so much for your professional coverage of our product launches, for the articles and amazing pictures taken during this event.
Jared Goldenberg from Aquatic Exhibits International for stopping by and taking a long time to gather information and to take so many pictures for future articles.
We can’t wait to meet you all again in at Reefapalooza and then again next year in Colorado! We are sure it will be a fantastic event!
Samuel Slobosky from Wet Work and Shawn Wilson (aka Mr. Wilson) thank you for coming to visit us and for your long time support.
Grant Anderson from Sertoma Marine Cove thank you so much for coming to meet us and for believing in our company. We can’t express how much we appreciated to have you around!
A special thanks to the reefellas* Joe; Dustin and Bradon also to Matt and Rebecca from Frag Junky and even to Carol our Expo helper for making it smooth for us. Thanks to all of you for helping us set our booth and make sure that everything works well. This year our booth looked awesome!
Kelly, Scott, Michael and Nick Rich! Thank you for working so hard and so passionate this year to make sure that everyone could have the best Orphek experience during MACNA.
Phillip and his wonderful family from Alabama Aquarium and Pond; Shannon and Karin Ridgeway from Poseidon’s Palace; Ben and Trisha Johnson from Captive Aquatics Ecosystems; Andy Tripa; Dan from Age of Aquariums; Scott Groseclose from Aquarium Specialty (thanks bro!);
James M. Lawrence (coral magazine), Harry Tung; Nuri Fisher from Piscine Energetics (Canada) and many others for coming by, sharing a few laughs and keeping the positive vibe during the weekend.
Thank you Carolina Aquatics, Reef2Reef, Frag Junky and Reef Savvy for understanding the importance of light and choosing the best possible products even though they weren’t free.
In the same opportunity we would like to thank all of you, stores, distributors and hobbyists that stopped by to visit or to place an order with us during the event. We are already taking care of them for you!
Last but not least we would like to thank all Orphek clients for stopping by to express their support and appreciation (and feedback) for our products and friendship. We cannot do it without you and you are the reason that we do what we do.
